Automotive-Style Unitised Sealed Wheel Bearings

Utilising an automotive-style unitised sealed bearing assembly, the Tuffride Adventure suspension provides exceptional durability, reduced maintenance and reliable performance in demanding touring and off-road conditions.

Integrated Stabiliser Bar

The stabiliser bar helps control lateral movement and body roll, while the 195 mm of suspension travel allows the suspension to absorb road irregularities more effectively and maintain improved wheel contact. Together, these features provide enhanced stability, ride comfort and a more controlled towing experience, particularly through corners, uneven terrain and directional changes.

4,500 kg Tandem Load Rating

Engineered for demanding applications, the Adventure system provides a 4,500 kg tandem axle load rating, delivering the strength and capacity required for larger, heavier caravans.

Remote Reservoir Shock Absorbers

Remote reservoir shock absorbers provide increased oil capacity and improved heat dissipation. By transferring heat away from the shock body and increasing cooling capacity, it helps maintain consistent damping performance under demanding conditions.

Standard Digital Air-volution Airbag Suspension

Every Adventure suspension system comes standard with Tuffride's Digital Air-volution air suspension system, providing advanced electronic control of ride height and suspension performance. The system allows the suspension to adapt to changing load conditions while delivering improved ride comfort, levelling and towing stability.

Standard Ventilated Brake Discs

Ventilated Disc Brakes provide improved heat dissipation by allowing airflow through the disc, helping to reduce heat build-up and brake fade during repeated or heavy braking. This delivers more consistent and predictable braking performance, particularly when towing heavy loads or travelling through demanding terrain and long descents.
